You’ll complete an intake form so I can understand your training, nutrition, health, possible struggles and goals before we meet.

We meet for a 60-minute one-on-one session to review your current approach, identify gaps, and build your nutrition strategy.

You receive a structured, written plan outlining your nutrition and fueling approach, refining and improving your current routine in a clear, practical way.

Follow-up sessions are available if you’d like to refine or adjust your approach further over time.

This initial consultation and plan is designed for active people who want clear, practical nutrition guidance without overcomplicating things.

It focuses on improving how you fuel your training and recovery, while supporting long-term health and sustainable body composition.

Follow-up Session


Follow-up sessions are designed to build on your initial plan and adjust your nutrition over time based on your response, training, and goals.

It’s normal for your plan to evolve. Some people implement these changes independently, while others prefer support as they progress. This is a collaborative process. You understand how your body responds, and I provide the structure and guidance to adjust your approach.


This may include:

  • increasing energy intake over time, where needed
  • supporting body composition goals
  • progressing carbohydrate intake to support training
  • improving tolerance to fueling (gut training)
  • adjusting fibre intake or overall structure

Not at all. I work with active people at all stages. Whether you’re training for an event or just moving your body regularly, the goal is the same: to feel energised, recover well, and support your body properly.


Are consultations online?

Yes. All consultations are delivered virtually across New Zealand, allowing flexible scheduling and easy follow-up.


What will I receive after the initial session?
You’ll receive a fully personalised nutrition strategy plan, including your fueling approach, daily nutrition structure, meal and snack suggestions, and practical recommendations tailored to your training, lifestyle, and health goals.


Is this a meal plan or a strict diet?
No. Rather than a fixed meal plan, you’ll receive a personalised structure along with practical meal and snack ideas you can mix and match based on your preferences, schedule, and training. The aim is to make nutrition flexible and realistic, not rigid.


Do you follow a specific diet or nutrition style?
No single approach works for everyone. Different eating styles suit different people, so the focus is always on what works for your body, lifestyle, and goals. Meal suggestions often include simple recipes tailored to you, offering flexibility rather than strict rules.


Do you provide supplement guidance?
Yes, absolutely — Where appropriate, I support sensible, evidence-based supplementation when it’s likely to be beneficial and realistic to maintain, with food always forming the foundation. Supplements are used to complement your nutrition, not replace it or add unnecessary cost or complexity.


Can I book a follow-up session without an initial session?
Follow-up sessions are designed for clients who have completed the
Performance & Health Nutrition Strategy, as this provides the foundation needed for effective adjustments. If you’re preparing for an event or need a full plan, the initial session is recommended first.


Do you provide race-day nutrition plans?
Yes. Race-day strategies are typically developed during follow-up sessions after the
Performance & Health Nutrition Strategy, ensuring they are tailored to your training, digestion, and fueling experience.
