Ray has over 25 years of experience in fitness, beginning his journey in weightlifting as a teenager. He now specialises in working with adults aged 35 and over, helping them rebuild strength, confidence, and capability through personalised training programs.

Breflex


Breflex Fitness is a small boutique movement studio based in Silverdale offering yoga, Pilates, and EMS training. Their approach combines strength, mobility, and mindful movement to support people across a wide range of fitness levels and life stages.

The studio has a strong community focus and provides a supportive environment for building strength, improving movement quality, and enhancing overall well-being. I regularly collaborate with the Breflex team through workshops, supporting their members with education around nutrition, performance, and long-term health.
